Refund Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If a patient fails to show up or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled at the hospital’s discretion and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

  • In case of a valid refund, the hospital will process the refund within 30 working days.
  • All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
  • The hospital reserves the right to deny a refund in case of breach of any terms or false claims.
