Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
If a patient fails to show up or arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled at the hospital’s discretion and no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
In case of a valid refund, the hospital will process the refund within 30 working days.
All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
The hospital reserves the right to deny a refund in case of breach of any terms or false claims.
